Why did you not do it right the first time. You didn't take out any Insulation you just blew in new Insulation in one spot. You know that is not worth $10,000 of work. Nobody said anything about your work except what actually was done. I never saw any Insulation removed by you. I now have better furnace flow that I did not have after your work. I questioned you about it and you said the vent was connected. It apparently wasn't cause the air flow from the furnace is now better.
I just want to thank Bill for being so kind and getting everything done in a timely matter. And not only finding our dream home but selling my son's home too. I really recommend him and his company.
