I want to express my sincere gratitude to Tommie from AllState. He quickly and efficiently helped one of my communities restore their water pressure. I truly appreciate his support and responsiveness.
My water heater which I purchased new and upgraded on 12/28/2020 for $1450.00 stopped working on 2/15/2025. My Rheem paperwork shows I have a 6 year warranty on parts and labor. I called Rheem and they overnighted the parts at no cost. They said to contact a local Rheem Plumber to replace the part. I located the nearest Plumber, ALLSTATE PLUMBING, 17 minutes away.
