I do everything in my power to avoid buying parts here. I really don’t get what’s so hard about the parts counter job. I come in here with the part number for what I need. I ask you to sell it to me and the counter guys act like you are bothering them. They all have this attitude like they’re miserable at work so in exchange they try to make the customers day just as miserable. Put my truck in the shop for couple of hrs of diagnosis. After wards faults codes was found and I was surprise when I asked them the issue I was told that they are going to pulldown my DEF filter for inspection and asked them the labor cost and was surprise $3,000 whether the issue will be fixed or not and from there they go on the next step.
