Had a driver swing by to see why the shut engine down immediately came on. They gave us the code and write up to say it was a blown motor due to dirty motor. So went to another shop for a second opinion and they check the codes same code peterbilt said. Came up to crank case filter or bad sensors. Change both and back on the road with no issue. That could of been costly listening to all state peterbilt
So the dealership is a very nice dealer. Super clean and welcoming. The staff and salesman were friendly. Grated me when I walked in, and helped me right away. I was looking at a new 567. Wasn't to impressed by the new 12 speed automatic, and the truck it self hasn't changed much over the last few years. Other than the addition of the digital dash. We have been dealing with Allstate for several years. Never a disappointment. They will work hard to find you what you are looking for.
Service advisor, Austin is awesome to deal with! Very easy going and keeps you updated while truck is in the shop
Good customer service and still open until Midnight! Can be a lifesaver
Parts counter is awesome open later in the evening. Not there often but when I am everone seems nice.
