I’ve attempted to get Jonathan on the phone maybe four times in the past five years since investing money with him in 2020. I’ve actually been able to talk to him on the phone 0 times. You have to make an appointment to speak with him. I shouldn’t have to make an appointment every single time I have a simple question. There should be someone in the Allstate office to answer a question. He’s either out of the office, on vacation or unavailable. There’s nobody there to simply ask and receive an answer. Allstate has become a joke. They can waste paper sending me an ad to call and update my account; YET they can't afford to send me a paper bill for my auto insurance. I guess the GREEN freaks have taken over ALLSTATE. Sad ; and I've been with them about 40 years. I'm going to be changing companies.
