This review is for Allstate in general and not these particular agents. Avoid Allstate at all costs. They give you a quote that is cheaper than other insurances, but then they randomly increase your premium without notice. Mine went up 73% even though everything was disclosed to them prior to getting the quote and insurance. The agent I dealt with, Somen Ghorai, is either completely incompetent or lied to me. What was once a decent insurance company is now only a shell of what it was. And they are riding on old brand equity. They have extremely poor faceless service.The trouble started when they closed the local office and expect you to use a horrible on line self service. You are just a number to them and you will get a different agent every time you call. Plus they are not competitive. Conclusion if you want no customer service, high rates, and loads of frustration then call Allstate Insurance
Do not get Drivewise. They just steal your data and then don't give you the discount. We were signed up for it for 6 months and when our policy renewed we were told that we didn't qualify for the 23% discount we earned. Apparently you can't get Drivewise on a 6 month policy even tho THEIR AGENT was the one that set us up with it and we went with a 12mth policy at renewal! This company is a Fraud!
Called to look at savings opportunities and the guy ended up raising my monthly rate bc i have kids ..talked to a couple brokers and they say they have never heard of that before. Ill be leaving allstate for good thats for sure.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Agent never calls back, didn't reply to emails. The only time I heard from them is when my policy was cancelled. Hour plus long wait times when you call in on the standard line. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
