You cant get ahold of anyone to make changes on the account. I've been trying for 2 days to get ahold of someone and no luck yet at all. While I was waiting to talk to someone, I was able to change my insurance to a different company while on hold with these clowns
This review is for Allstate in general and not these particular agents. Avoid Allstate at all costs. They give you a quote that is cheaper than other insurances, but then they randomly increase your premium without notice. Mine went up 73% even though everything was disclosed to them prior to getting the quote and insurance. The agent I dealt with, Somen Ghorai, is either completely incompetent or lied to me. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The wait times on the phone are horrible. Over an hour wait, they have shorter wait times at a government office.
Their wait times are the worst in the business. they nearly lost my purchase of a car, I literally called every office in Ontario and NO ONE picked up nor did they return my call, additionally they had been ignoring the communication from the dealership for days. I finally reached someone in NS when they picked up. Cheryl is the only local customer service person that appears to care about their job.
