Terrible experience with All-state. From start to finish, it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I had to email and leave multiple voicemails to get someone to call me back. They wanted to cut corners and only replace certain parts jeopardizing the performance of my BMW. This experience has been frustrating and stressful and would not recommend All-State to anyone. If you care about your car, safety of your vehicle and proper service, look elsewhere. Zero stars.....
You can get a good price at the beginning. But good luck with the rest. To change the vehicle, it's 50%+ an increase in the premium. Need to cancel? Gave me the hardest time. And 0 customer service, the agent is not even listening to me. And called 10 times on 3-4 days every time I can not reach the local agents at Thunder Bay.

If you hate your money this is the company to back. You will have great features like a absolute absence of any accountability at your local branch, 45min to 1hr wait times to speak to someone who will proceed to do nothing or completely misinform you and attempts at coercion so you don't get what you actually deserve.
