I'm not a happy camper period! Allstate has treated me very poorly especially in regards to the investigator assigned to my file. Robert Trevino has made this a horrible experience and treated me like I've done something wrong when I haven't. I've gone through the holidays and what is about to be my sons birthday, without this resolved. I've never had to file a claim in my life and hopefully I never have to again. I jot pleased. Even if your policy is fairly new u should not be treated as if you are pulling a scam.
This man is the best agent in the business. He really CARES about his clients and can apparently work wonders. He did for me!
