Professional, courteous, patient
I was disappointed he was not available during normal business hours when I stopped by on a Tuesday. Got hung up on, left message id be back because he had to pick his kid up from school. 45 minutes later no Mr. Lange, and not even a courtesy call. This guy does not have me feeling like I'm in good hands...

Tanner does a wonderful job. Always willing to give various quotes, update policy, and have referred friends and family multiple times. Highly recommend.
