I have been with Allstate for over 15 years and have never experienced anything like this. I have called over and over for a week to cancel my policies to move out of state. NOBODY will answer the phone. Don't do business with this person. I recommend Glynn Winslow's agency. He helped me even though he isn't my agent. AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!

They do not return calls or emails. I cannot reach anyone! I can't log into the site. There office is closed and when you email it says due to life changing events your email cannot be answered???

This business needs to close because that’s exactly what it is… it is CLOSED. There is no one there. There is not an actual employee to talk to on the phone. This place is a disgrace for Allstate.

His office is essentially abandoned. There is never anyone in the office with the door locked and the only way to contact him/his agency is by phone or email, but there are never responses. Calling the toll free number for Allstate is the only way to get assistance. We are now changing to another local agent that has an open office and is responsive. We have been Allstate customers for about 30 years and gave never seen this before. This is not how a business should be run.
