Worst experience with Sam. After 20 years being with Allstate, Sam chose to play games when my closing is happening today. He wouldn’t pick up his calls, I had to call another agent for that agent to tell him to pick up his call and transfer me to him. Now, he is playing games because he was offended for someone else telling him to pick up his calls. I have a closing today and can’t close without insurance and possibly lose the deal. Worse to call if you need help, I don't know if they have people in their office to answer the phone. I will cancel my insurance with them.

Never sent my policy renewal for a vehicle that I insured with them, through an agent at this location, and then when I contacted my agent I was told to call a 1-800 number with 2+ hour wait times and was subsequently ghosted. I never was able to get through on the phone and switched insurance companies. Super disappointing as I have been a customer with them for years.

Emily and her team are absolutely wonderful! With all the recent rain, I know the service lines have been extremely busy, so I completely understood the delays.
