Used to go through this company before Heather owned it. Now you can’t get any communication via email at all and hardly any phone communication. I used to conduct nearly all my business with them via email and now emails sit unanswered, calls go unreturned when you have had enough of emails going unanswered. Judging by other similar reviews I’m sure my emails will get responses now, but it shouldn’t have to come to this to get simple email replies about a policy cancelation or adjustment.
Would not recommend. Years ago when we got our policies we had an actual agent that we worked with. We had a direct number for them and could update policies no problem. Shawn sold the business to Heather Cator when he retired, and now the service is garbage. There is no direct line, everything is routed to call centers where English is not the first language, even during business hours. Service has been timely, friendly, efficient and not too expensive. Honestly though, it is more than I feel I deserve to pay.
Tara has been the best insurance agent i have ever had. I recently got into a bad accident and Tara had guided me through the whole process with ease. She has answered all my questions professionally, so that I have a better understanding of my claim process, and helped me through the claim. And with any general insurance questions I have had.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of insurance agency. Absolutely no communication. No ability to talk to the agent. I’ve been a customer for many years with a perfect record. They changed agency owners from Schmidtke to Cator And it has been a disaster. We have removed all of our insurance from this agency and would caution anyone doing business with them to go somewhere else.
