I tried having a conversation with Roy Faulkenberry and needed to make sense of my plans my payments my coverage etc. instead he had the nerve to not only talk over me but hamg up on my face because he didnt want to have any discussion that didnt include making a payment and getting off the phone as quickly as possible. I have been with Allstate for about 30 years and been with several agents retiring and Roy took over about 9 years ago and he's done a fantastic job. For the last few years Michelle Mohrle has been my go to person for all my insurance needs and she has always gotten me the best rates. She treats me like family and even thru several claims we've made, I was never made to feel bad or ashamed of having an accident, they happen. My rates keep getting higher and higher for no reason. I've never made a claim. Looking for something else.
Not good. I've been watching my rate go through the roof for a bare minimum policy on my Jeep. I work from home now and drive very little, haven't had a wreck or even any tickets in years. Back in May I asked my agent what it would cost to upgrade my policy to a full coverage policy. He just repeated my question back to me asking me if I wanted wanted to what the additional cost would be to add full coverage. No follow up...nothing.
