Bob and his staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us get the best possible rates for our twins when they started driving, and when we had to file a claim they were great at keeping us informed about everything.
Terrible! If i could give 0 stars I would. I cnx my policy 2 weeks prior to my credit card being hit. I also requested a confirmation email through the rep Deborah that she confirmed she received and the policy was canceled. Low and behold my credit card was charged $190.00 after the policy was cnx. I called several times just to get the run around and NO help from Deborah as well as being put on hold Numerous times. We get several phone calls a year from Robert or his staff to see if we need anything or have any questions. We have 2 homes insured with them , also a motor home and 3 vehicles. We have had 1 claim with a broken windshield on the motor home. I made 1 phone call and it was taken care of. Had a follow up phone call from a staff member a few days later to make sure we were taken care of and were satisfied! Great service. Great staff!!
