Paul Choruby was very happy to sell me insurance - car, home, and umbrella policies and more than happy to take my money for many years. When I needed them to deal with a car accident, there was no personal contact with his staff or Paul. I was sent to a national number and had to wait a week to hear from Allstate. Customer service was horrible. I was not in good hands with Paul. I cancelled my them.

My husband and I have been with this agency for years now but recently they have gone downhill. Email requests go unanswered. Requests are messed up. I’ve requested numerous times to drop this agent but yet that isn’t happening either. My only choice is to switch insurance companies. They used to have an amazing employee named Christine but when she left everything went downhill.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Allstate. They treat me as part of the family in routine inquiries and check ins via email to see how my experience has been. I have used the Drivewise program which is very easy to set up and it has saved me money on my premiums.

Paul Choruby's agency has been handling my automobile insurance needs for years. I appreciate the way they look for ways to lower my rates. I highly recommend them.
