view She is an absolute scam! Rude, short tempered lady at the end of the phone tricked me into buying comprehensive insurance on my car that I did not need without checking my credit or updates! I got a new policy with another company in June 2019 for less than half the price I paid her!! Wish I had done my research before paying blindly.
Maria was really helpful and professional during my process. She answered all of my questions very well. I would highly recommend this agency and Maria to any friend or family friend.

This is by far the worst Allstate representative in Houston. Poor customer service, low knowledge of insurance policy (yes, their policy!). I have been with them for nearly 19 years for both home and car insurance coverage. They outpaced themselves in low performance and subpar customer service . Allstate has to be one of the worst insurance companies to deal with. My car was damaged by one of their customers. Ok, accidents happen not a big deal. Then the run around started, Allstate said their customer had another policy with a different insurance company.( that was not the case they made a mistake of the person's name and birth date) I was informed my Allstate claim is denied and would have to file a claim with the "other insurance company" Now 2 weeks later Allstate is still dragging their feet. I called regarding a renter's insurance policy and the first agent i spoke to was helpful and said she would send me the quote via email, she didn't. i called back to ask them to resend it and spoke to someone else who was belligerently yelling and talking over me saying they would never offer the proposed policy then hung up on me. Don't waste your time.
