I had an extremely disappointing experience with Allstate agent Ned Loyd. They consistently failed to return my phone calls, which made communication very frustrating. Additionally, the agent mishandled my policy, providing a quote without properly checking my records. This led to me making two payments, only for my policy to be canceled afterward. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone

Then, going the extra mile, getting my down payment refunded. I am extremely thankful for Sandi' s diligence and loyalty to the firm while helping a client.
Abigail provided exceptional customer service to me on several occasions regarding a claim on our vehicle. She waited on hold with me for wayyyy too long with another insurance company and was incredibly kind even when the representative on the other end of the phone wasn't. Abigail went above and beyond to assist me in getting answers and is continuing to help me until this claim is fully settled. Abigail was incredibly professional with this sticky situation, and navigated all conversations with grace. Excellent job!
