Howard Boozer here Enjoyed the call I had with Jeremy. He seemed well educated and got straight to the point. I called wanting to know if there was ways to get my monthly payments down. He went through the entire policy step by step. Explained which ones I would definitely wish to keep and the ones that were optional based upon my driving. This is one of the reasons I've stuck with Allstate most of my life. Is a customer is more than just a policy number. You guys actually care about your customers.
Sometimes, especially when I'm in a hurry, it can be difficult to contact my very busy national agent. Fortunately, there is Sandra in customer service at the Main office in Virginia who calmly and professionally gave me her full attention to successfully solve my problem. And followed up!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Allstate agent Ned Loyd. They consistently failed to return my phone calls, which made communication very frustrating. Additionally, the agent mishandled my policy, providing a quote without properly checking my records. This led to me making two payments, only for my policy to be canceled afterward. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone
The entire staff has and was excellent!
