New Year's Eve - My furnace shorted out and resulted in my having firemen visit for the cause of smoke. After discovering the cause (thermostat and furnace), I contacted Miguel and he was absolutely wonderful in immediately advising me of action to take for a furnace expert and then connecting me with a Claims Agent. Miguel has been there for me on other occasions and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
