Mark Saunders was way over charging us for insurance that we could get at more than $200 less for even better coverage. We went to cancel and he buried our cancellation letter, even after emails clearly stating to cancel, he still didn't and we've had two deductions out of our checking without authorization. Called again, said notice to cancel was on his desk... went on vacation and didn't cancel. AVOID THIS AGENT!
