I can never get through to anyone when I need to. I’ve spent 2.5 hours on hold in the last 2 days. It’s m so done with this company.
Starting to w wonder about alstate called yesterday was told it was a 75 minute wait to talk to somebody called this morning was told 14 minutes waited 13 and was told twice in that time it was gonna be another 14 mintues each time. I would hate it to be an emergency.

Since 2020, covid , when Alstate closed in person locations. Customer service is very very bad. Long hour waits on the phone, no help with there APP. With locations closing costs for them got less but prices have raised. I'm switch 4 vehicles and buisness as well as house insurance this year.
