Awful customer service. 2 hour phone call. Expensive. Painful
Customer service sucks. Takes over an hour(79 minutes) or more to reach an agent. They don’t offer call back service at all. Don’t know what kind of business model Allstate insurance is running these days. But to reach an insurance agent and want for over an hour is just unacceptable. We do need insurance,fact of life, but we pay for it, and yet when times comes for providing timely customer service, all the management hide behind a wall. I can never get through to anyone when I need to. I’ve spent 2.5 hours on hold in the last 2 days. It’s m so done with this company.
Starting to w wonder about alstate called yesterday was told it was a 75 minute wait to talk to somebody called this morning was told 14 minutes waited 13 and was told twice in that time it was gonna be another 14 mintues each time. I would hate it to be an emergency.
