We have had 2 recent claims (unfortunately) and the experience with thie agent was just awful. The first one, we did absolutely ALL the leg work. The shop where we took the vehicle knew more about working with Allstate than this agent did. So for the second one, we called 1-800-Allstate and worked directly with them and it was awesome. We are switching agents.
