We are so grateful we found Kevin's office when we moved out of MD and rented out our home. Kevin's office has always been professional, prompt, friendly - best insurance company we have ever dealt with.
Very disappointed about a minor request to provide a credit on my mother's policy for a returned check penalty of $25. My mother has never had a problem and has paid her policy prontly. But during this hard and challenging period of the pandemic, it's difficult for my mother to go to the bank as she did before. I asked if your agency could provide a credit and was denied in a very disrespectful and nasty manner. Shame on you! We are seeking alternative insurance companies.
