I am a new customer with Allstate. Someone also covered by Allstate rear ended my car. I filed a claim, but should have waited for the other customer to file first. So I tried to cancel the claim, but for some reason it was not canceled, right away. It may still be in their records. I had 5 calls from Allstate asking me about my claim. Finally The right claim was being charged, but then they wanted me to pay for the rental, then send the receipt for reimbursement. The rental company said they should be paying not me. They canceled an insurance policy on a US Marine without notice. They refused to pay his claim even though his policy was paid in full. Do not buy Allstate insurance!
