I am a new customer with Allstate. Someone also covered by Allstate rear ended my car. I filed a claim, but should have waited for the other customer to file first. So I tried to cancel the claim, but for some reason it was not canceled, right away. It may still be in their records. I had 5 calls from Allstate asking me about my claim. They canceled an insurance policy on a US Marine without notice. They refused to pay his claim even though his policy was paid in full. Do not buy Allstate insurance!
I can't say enough about the great service I received from Kevin Taalman and his associates. My previous insurer had raised it's rates for home, auto, and umbrella liability coverage. I mentioned this to Kevin and he said that he would investigate options. He presented a package that lowered by premiums by nearly 50%.
