I wish I could give negative stars! Do not sign up with them. They are the typical great to you when you first sign up then the worst customer service ever. They will not make adjustments to your account if it is to reduce the rate and not tell you. They will tell you the rate will go down at the next renewal which it does not. They will toss you around to other agents and then say that they did not tell you something, that someone else who no longer works there did.
