I was an Allstate customer for 10 years. When I learned that they were scamming me out of money, due to not updating repairs done on my home, I found better and cheaper insurance elsewhere. I then called this Allstate office to cancel all coverage. Apparently, they did not understand that I was canceling everything with them, as now they are sending debt collectors my information over $120. Times must be rough in the insurance industry. Business no longer there
I got a new policy today with kellly. She was great. Very knowledgeable super friendly. She answered all my questions and I was very satisfied with her. I had Allstate years ago and my wife had totaled our car. Allstate paid it off in full even though we were upside down on what we owed. Highly recommend allstate
