Very poor. Allstate hires "licensed" NC agents who tell you something is covered after a very upsetting loss and then they have an adjuster call you and tell you, "I am sorry, I don't know who told you that but it's not covered." Your home agent does nothing to rectify the situation, just repeats I am sorry, I will find out who told you it was covered but it is not. Sorry. We have been with Allstate for over 20 years. We are going with someone else now. You are not in "Good Hands" with Allstate. They have no integrity at all... read more
