Absolutely brutal customer service if you actually need to speak with an agent. I have been on hold for over 1 hour and 20 minutes. Incredible
We have been insured with Allstate through this branch for over a decade and I would NEVER recommend them to another person. First and foremost, we have never had a claim under our home insurance and our coverage cost has increased 150% over the time we have been with them. I am currently paying upwards of $250.00 a month for a single family home with no ancillary coverages. Very disappointing experience. I contacted Adeel Awan regarding policy documents but received rude and unprofessional service. My follow-up calls were also ignored. Customer service needs significant improvement.
Well I've been on hold for an hour now....can't bring myself to give up...on the plus side it gave me the opportunity to write this review...maybe I'll make a sandwich and coffee... .feel like I'll have time
I don’t get all of these negative reviews. Yes they can be slow to get back to you at times but when they do their service is great.
