Their adjustor wrote me down for a collision that never happened ...I feel he was a sneaky older man who made my rates go up for over a year before Geico caught it when I was shopping for a better rate! Beware! Very sad that this is what they would do to an innocent person who trusted the Allstate name!
Allstate is wonderful! And this is such a wonderful insurance agency! Jane Velez is awesome! She provides the very best customer service imaginable, and she is incredibly knowledgeable as well! And in the unlikely event she does not have an answer for one of my questions right away, she is always quick to find out and let me know. A true credit to this agency!
