The rates have gone up so ridiculously high!! On top of that, no one will ever answer the phone, call or email you back. This has been an ongoing problem at this location for several years-even while going through an insurance claim. The only reason I heard back from someone (at the very end of the day) was because we canceled our policies. Do not recommend this agency.
About a year ago i joined the Allstate insurance team for coverage of my home and autos at half the cost of my previous insurer that i had been with for 60 years! I have absolutely no regrets and am VERY satisfied with every aspect of my association with Allstate! I have found Allstate to be very responsive and attentive and I’m very quick to recommend their service to others.
The Tim Brooks Agency is the best I have ever worked with for insurance. His staff are hands down the most professional in the business. I would recommend the Tim Brooks Agency to anyone looking for the best coverage of insurance.
