Steve Lewis is the Real Deal
This agency are absolute crooks. Avoid them at all costs. They made a massive mistake by assigning the wrong VIN to our vehicle. This went on for months until I found out that the vehicle was not insured for that entire duration—while I was paying the premium. They assumed zero accountability, did not refund a penny, and were very difficult to work with. My experience was awful. I was an Allstate customer for more than 15 years and this agency is the reason I am canceling all of my policies with Allstate. They are not professional, not knowledgeable and do not have their customers best interests at heart. They are hollow salespeople and should not be in this industry. Avoid the Steven Lewis Agency. Randomly flip through the yellow pages blindfolded and you'll find a better agent who knows more about insurance than these clowns.
