Was with Allstate since I could drive..over 25 years. Needed to add to my insurance and they could not do what I needed so went to new company. Told them I wanted the policy canceled and they didn’t do it when I asked. They sent me to collections even after making payment on the debt. I owed the money I get that. They said they sent me notices but I never got them and they don’t seem willing to work with me since I am no longer a customer.
