possibly the worst customer experience ever, STAY AWAY. Especially with how hot the housing market is nowadays, you should not be needing to chase and trying to get hold of your agent. First thing first - their phone system has not been working for over a year, they never pick up when you call, only way to talk to them is to wait for them to either call you back, or get their cell phones (?!) I absolutely love Ms. Huemmer. I had moved back to Texas after living in Hawai'i for 16 years and I needed to switch my insurance of course, and nearly every other insurance company had really odd insurance coverages. I was recommended to this particular agency after finding out that they have helped out a family member of mine. After calling, I can definitely say that this All-State agency went above and beyond to help my situation, and I am definitely glad to have them as my current insurance provider.
