Excellent example of an Allstate insurance company. Connie in the Frederick, Maryland office is extremely knowledgeable and gracious. Don't be fooled from the posted pictures. The Frederick office is smaller and less congested than the photographs convey.
Love this office and Mrs. Warfield is amazing!
Anytime I have needed any assistance I made a call to the office and Connie has always been there to assist me with my needs. She always greets me with a smile, although (I can’t see her face) I can hear that smile in her voice. She can relate to my circumstances and is the perfect person for her job. I have never had to make a claim but my girlfriend has and she was taken care of by friendly associates who went above and beyond for her. What more could I ask for? Keep up the good work.
