His office staff are lazy and this guy is seriously rude. It's impossible to get a straight answer from him on insurance. Not a straight shooter.
Dan treats his employees poorly. After speaking with some of the staff I personally know I'm convinced he just not a good person to represent Allstate Insurance. Dan is rude and rude to customers as well. Not worth the effort. Find another Allstate agent in Midland and Odessa. Not a good guy!
