Tom and the family there are very, very helpful and pleasant to work with. They get the job done.
I worked with Dawn and she was able to save me money on my car insurance as well as helping me get renters insurance coverage. Whenever I need anything she is available to help me. I refer everyone I know to Allstate now. Great insurance, great customer service, and a great monthly rate!
I would definitely not use this office for any insurance needs. Dawn does not follow through with her job & customer requests. I have a Homeowners policy, multiple vehichles, & a motor cycle policy. I always pay in full one time payment, they have my credit card on file, as well as my banking information. I called her back in June to cancel my off road insurance for my RZR & Dawn never did.
