I have been a long-term Allstate customer. Allstate has arbitrarily added my 29-year-old daughter who has her own home to my auto policy. I have informed Allstate local office on multiple occasions that my daughter is not in my household and has not been for at least 3 years. In October 2026, Allstate arbitrarily added a premium for coverage I did not ask for, and exposure Allstate did not have. I have spent hours trying to get this corrected without success.
