Great customer service. The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I receive help to my questions.
We've been insured with this Allstate location for 8 years. Anthony is courteous, professional and very efficient. We also get to talk to an actual person whenever we have any insurance questions. Excellent service and value.
It was an easy decision to go with Drew Neiss & Allstate after the time he spent with me reviewing my insurance needs. He not only enhanced my coverage, but saved me some money at the same time. In addition if you have questions you can call him at any time and his agency continues to be responsive, unlike my past insurance company.
Drew Niess was terrific. I switched to Drew and Allstate after having been with Liberty Mutual for years. I started shopping my insurance because my rates were going up and I had not received a call from my agent in a few years. I wanted someone to look at my policies and gave Drew a try. He did a thorough job on exlpaining my coverages in a way I could understand. The price was great and the personal touch won me over.
I just switched from State Farm. I had been with them for literally years and had NEVER even talked to my agent. I had a totally different experience here. I dealt directly with Drew, who was very knowledgable, and he was able to save me a bunch of money! Great personalized service.
I was completely blown away by the level of service I received at this agency. Everyone in the office is courteous and knowledgeable. The agency owner took the time to review the coverage I previously had and offered me a better rate with better coverage. I highly recommend this agency.
