After the first year, renewal home insurance quote for the same coverage jumped a whooping 52%! The office noted that market conditions have changed and this was a great deal. Communication was fine, but their pricing model is not flexible and competitive. My personal advise, shop around. There are other insurers with better coverage and more affordable prices.
