I notice back in December and January, a claim was file and the same excuse for 2 different location. Wear and tear was the denial of claim. So, I decided to go to some other insurance company. I thought wear and tear was insane excuse to a client that's been with you company for over 5 year. Nevertheless, let's just blame Mother Nature on the wear and tear.
