Needed a jump start again! My Napa battery I assume has failed ( a little more than 1 year old !) Then Napa told me that their batteries could sit around for several months in the warehouse! ( Great !) I looked into recharging it with new acid and distilled water,found a kit on eBay I think,for $5.99 ! But it said it was good for 6 batteries ! (Now I'm confused whether they count each cell ( 6 in my 12 volt car battery)or as 1 whole battery ? So I couldn't find anymore information from manufacturer or eBay and paid $132.00, ... read more

The agent goes above and beyond to take care of the policy holders. I’ve been with them for years.
Really bad customer service.
If they are in business it's a shame because they Never returned my call.
