Terrible and lousy service! I would expect this from a cut rate insurance provider but not AllState. I wasn't told of some important information at the beginning of getting my Homeowners insurance policy. They apparently just inputted wrong contact information. I received a cancellation notice in the mail and after repeated calls, Chris never gets back to you and is always in a meeting, on the phone or away from her desk. You "don't have this agent on your side".
