I've been trying to get a car insurance quote for 2 days and still haven't talked to a real person. Been on hold for probably 3-4hrs total. I'm currently a client and have been for 30yrs and haven't made a claim for 27yrs. I would think I'd be able to get a simple car quote but not a chance. Realy bad customer service never call stay away it is a bad company. I am leaving their insurance and you should stay way to. My rate gone from 153 to 316 Without an explanation. Stay way
