Update After a week and two follows up, no follow up from the Allstate side which confirms by below expectations. ————- Extremely disappointing experience with Allstate. The customer service has been terrible, and dealing with them has been unnecessarily frustrating. What is especially unacceptable is that I continued to be charged even after my policy had ended.
