Horrible customer service. Only wonderful if you are opening a new policy. As soon as we found out they made an error in adding a new vehicle we purchased, never got calls back, or emails back. They were always out of the office, or would screen calls. Even charged my account after canceling coverage with them. If you insist on using Allstate, go elsewhere. His office staff does not care about you.....
