The girls there are very easy to work with insurance rates are very fair I've been with them for several years that have never had one problem I would highly recommend this company
Never answers the phone. I set up my insurance with them and now I'm getting screwed because they don't answer the phone. I'll be dropping allstate as an insurance agency solely because of the William Swade branch of allstate.
Allstate as a whole is a terrible company. Save your money and go to Liberty Mutual
Allstate customer 20+ yrs. Multiple policies with this agent for many years. ZERO customer service. Recent accident and local agent William Swade NEVER made a phone call or sent an email to explain policy, claim process, make sure I was alive ...Had automated email wishing a happy birthday in the midst of this nonsense. Seriously. I will do better elsewhere.
Always a pleasure to work with anyone in this agency and they work to get you the best deals on the best insurance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone especially those looking for a better quote on the same insurance.
