Terrible customer service, can’t ever talk to your agent. Everyone is rude. Never can get a solution to your problems. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Mary Bougard customer service was great and she's very knowledgeable of the business.
The level of unprofessionalism that I have received from this company is beyond belief. I have been trying to get a policy canceled since 10/13. It is is 11/1 and no one seems to have a clue what to do to cancel it. I have spoken to 7 different people at different times and they all say that it is another department’s responsibility and they can’t make changes without the agency.
