I have been a costumer for several years. The office staff is always pleasant and attentive to my concerns. They do their best to offer insurance that suits my property, possessions, and wallet.
The Allstate Insurance Agency (Agent: Will Walton) is a very professional and customer friendly agency. The customer service and dedication to taking care of customers is top notched. Will Walton and the other agents always take care of my insurance needs in a timely manner. Everyone is very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of my policy. I would definitely recommend this agency to my friends, family, and coworkers.
Horrible customer service, lack of explanation about policy. I felt personally attacked and belittled when asking about certain things regarding my policy and why I needed to bring my car in for inspection after a fender bender. The representative was combative, loud , and stated he didn’t know why I tried to say one of his reps wasn’t doing their job when starting my policy. Big mistake moving over to this company and most of all this agency! Complete jerks and narcissistic attitudes.
