Agency is closed according to Allstate corporate and I wasn’t notified of any changes until another agency was automatically assigned to my policy. Price is not comparable to any other agency I’ve gotten rates or quotes from previously. The only downside to using Allstate in general is the claims department is not easy to get ahold of and not the best as communicating repair options; thus usually choosing the cheapest option at the expense of your vehicles reliability and safety. Allstate is AMAZING! I have been working on an accident claim with the other insurance and my Allstate rep Heather stepped in to help she is amazing! She got the other insurance company to move forward where I couldn’t for months! Heather rocks and Allstate is there for you and is the best insurance I have ever had!
