I never met an insurance person who actually takes the time to explain insurance terms till I met Wade Davis! Wade provides knowledge and great customer service!
very poor service. They canceled my home insurance with not notification or explanation. Have been trying to get an answer and even the agent himself could not explain why this happened. Never called for follow up. He only responded when i said I was not going to move forward with the policy until he returned my call and all of a sudden he calls me. Poor service all around with his staff and him.
Terrible service. I am not sure they are aware of what they are doing and they are extremely rude to the customers
Had my very first policy on my own through Allstate and did NOT have a good experience at all. I got blamed for mess ups that were definitely out of my control. Reply to your response: I contacted you all multiple times trying to correct being off my parents policy. I was told it wasn't connected to their account, then the next time told I was. Also, was told by you all "We have changed the payment date several times to accommodate your needs" I called and changed the date ONCE but had a difficult time getting the date chang... read more
