I had renters insurance with this agency for two years. After I moved, I have tried to cancel the policy. It's impossible to cancel the policy online. I have emailed them to cancel my policy without any response for nearly a week. I have called in to ask to cancel my insurance and they say that I need to email them. Then I call them again to cancel this and they refuse to help me without a policy number, which they are unwilling to help me find.
